Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that during high volume periods, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at fuck@sunshinereigns.xyz within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right per our Refund Policy. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
